The purpose of the Twin Cities Youth Rowing Club (TCYRC) Athlete Code of Conduct is to establish the expectations, responsibilities, and standards of behavior required of all athletes participating in the program. Rowing is a team sport built on trust, commitment, respect, and accountability, and each athlete plays an important role in creating a positive and successful team environment.
This agreement outlines the values and behaviors expected of TCYRC athletes both on and off the water, including sportsmanship, commitment, safety, teamwork, and personal responsibility. By agreeing to this Code of Conduct, athletes and families acknowledge their role in supporting the mission of TCYRC and maintaining a culture where all athletes can learn, compete, and grow.

The purpose of the Twin Cities Youth Rowing Club (TCYRC) Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct is to establish clear expectations for family behavior and communication that support a positive, respectful, and athlete-centered environment. Parents and guardians play an important role in shaping the culture of our club, and we ask all families to model the sportsmanship, integrity, and respect we expect from our athletes.
This agreement ensures that athletes, coaches, volunteers, board members, officials, and families are treated with respect while creating a partnership built on trust, communication, and shared commitment to athlete development. By signing this Code of Conduct, parents and guardians acknowledge their responsibility to support the mission, values, and standards of TCYRC.

The purpose of this Travel Expectations & Agreement is to promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all athletes participating in Twin Cities Youth Rowing Club (TCYRC) sponsored travel. By establishing clear expectations for athlete conduct, supervision, and communication, this agreement helps ensure the safety and well-being of all participants while representing TCYRC at competitions and team events. Athletes and their parent(s)/legal guardian(s) are expected to review, understand, and comply with these expectations as a condition of participation in club-sponsored travel.
